Current State of the Site & Forums MK II The forums have been down for nearly 2 Months at this point, and I'm still waiting back to hear any sort of response from the higher ups who're running the site, and can rectify the issue with the forum database errors. As you may have noticed with the recent updates, the Site Staff will do our best to continue in posting Final Fantasy VII Compilation-related News Updates to keep the information here as current as possible. As the current downtime of the forums has been rather excessive, if you're looking to try to get back in contact with some folks from the Advent Children Forums during the down time, there are a few of us over at FFOF, and we're gonna try and help people from ACF get back in touch with each other. I'm an S Mod over there, so if you have questions, feel free to make a topic, and I'll do my best to answer questions for you in a timely manner. In addition to that, you can come to post Final Fantasy news, chat, and share information. Hopefully this will be able to help out so that you don't loose contact with all your online buddies during the continued downtime. I'll also be working to set up some FAQs there to help keep the news updates on the state of Adventchildren.net and our Forums as current as possible. Advent Children Complete - Release Date Advent Children Complete now has a date set for release in Japan is March of 2009. Currently an exact date in March is unknown. The total amount of additional scenes reaches about 30 minutes. There are plans to include a demo for Final Fantasy XIII that will run on PS3s, along with trailers for Final Fantasy Versus XIII and Agito XIII. Crisis Core Play Arts Figures Play Arts has some new figures on the way from Crisis Core. Only three of the game's characters have been made so far. You can get a quick look by clicking on the character's name below. Dirge of Cerberus -Final Fantasy VII- International It has been quite some time since I have posted an update to this site, both due to the site's currently shaky status, and an almost complete lack of Compilation news. However, in a somewhat suprising twist, Square Enix has announced Dirge of Cerberus -Final Fantasy VII- International as an Ultimate Hits title, along with Drag-on Dragoon and its sequel. The choice to release an International version of Dirge of Cerberus for their Ultimate Hits lineup is understandable, as the overseas version includes several gameplay enhancements, extra missions and extra features (including a character model viewer and sound and art galleries), while the Japanese version's major special feature, an online Multiplayer Mode, is no longer functional. » Game Watch coverage of the new Ultimate Hits lineup In other news, the upcoming Square Enix Private Party 2008, DKΣ3713, will feature Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete, which will recieve a release date announcement. Current State of the Site & Forums As many of you have probably noticed, the forums still appear to be directing to a database error. We apologise for the issues that this has been causing. The current state of repair for the Compilation Sites & the Forums is still unknown at present as I have so far been unable to conact the site administrator. News will be updated as it becomes available. Thank you for the continued patience during this time. Also the Programming Position is still available if you think you might be able to help out. Forums back Online! The forums are now back up and running again. There still might be a few 'kinks' to iron out, so please bear with any issues. Data has been restored up to the 13th of May which was the date of my last full backup, so while unfortunately around a week's worth of posts may be lost, hopefully everything else is in order. Crisis Core Limited PSP in Australia Australians will be lucky enough to score the Final Fantasy VII Anniversary edition PSP when it comes out on June 19th. Bundled with a copy of the game, the PSP is the same as the one released in Japan last year, but doesn't appear to be numbered.
